The Task
Create a video to introduce myself that expresses who I am, what I am about and some fun facts.
The Process
Although I didn’t create the graphics for this project, I did write the script and “direct” the way the characters interacted to tell a story. I took full advantage of the free characteristics of the Xtranormal utility, including camera angles and body language to provide a believable conversation. Another trick I worked with was finding the best phonetic way to spell certain words in order for the characters to say the right words.
Relevant Skills
Putting together a presentation that is both interesting and simple using a web tool, highlights my ability to work easily with new software. Because my name and several other words were not part of the standard “text to speech” utility, the extra care spent in writing the script is an example of my attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
